Guilt-Free Hot Cocoa


1/2 cup Maxliving Plant or Whey Protein Powder
1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 Gallon Milk of choice (We used A2 Organic Milk and Almond/Coconut Milk Blend at office)


  1. Add 1/2 of the milk to a large pot on the stove and slowly heat.
  2. While 1/2 of milk is heating, mix the other 1/2 in a blender with the other ingredients and blend until fully incorporated.
  3. Slowly mix the blended ingredients into the milk on the stove and stir until fully incorporated. Do not let it boil. Turn off heat and check the flavor. Add extra sweetener to taste.

Important Notes:

If using almond milk, DO NOT BOIL, it will ruin the almond milk and change the flavor into something terrible. For the mix we did in the office, we used a half gallon of almond milk with 4 cans of coconut milk and 2 cans of water.
